I wanted to make it known that I tried all the conventional methods already. After the restart, I tried to get into the settings and it keeps telling me there are no drivers installed or the tablet is not plugged in. I was very excited to try it out and after installing the drivers, it restarted my computer. *Awaits the completely obvious and completely overlooked option or whatever that will make me face-palm* So I just got the Digipro WP4030 4×3 off of eBay and it came in the mail today. I'd appreciate any and all help on this baffling problem. Thing is STILL rotated to the right and, in my opinion, useless.
DIGIPRO TABLET DRIVERS TECH SUPPORT INSTALL
Even had another reformat and clean XP install in the meantime. 'maybe I changed some orientation setting?' Looked and looked and looked and looked, and looked for 2 more months.
DIGIPRO TABLET DRIVERS TECH SUPPORT DRIVER
This digital tablet is Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 compatible (see driver link below). I double click it to set my pressure settings and such, and when I check the scope, EVEN IT IS ORIENTED INCORRECTLY. The stylus pen has 512 levels of pressure sensitivity and is compatible with most graphic software such as Painter and Adobe Photoshop. Now finally I go and download the latest drivers from UC-Logic It all installs okay and I get the same little tablet icon in my system tray. Pop it in, and double click setup on the disc, and then another really odd thing happens: It starts the install for ATI Radeon 9250 graphics adapter? So Again, I'm liike what gives? D." And starting to be seriously annoyed. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the original drivers on the disk I have that came with it. If you move the pen to the right, the cursor will move downwards, etc etc. On the tablet, oriented correctly, if you move the pen upwards, the cursor will actually move to the right. It seems my tablet's been RE-ORIENTED 90 degrees clockwise.

It detects and installs the tablet fine (I reformatted in the time the tablet was put away) and goes through everything normally only there's one issue: so the tablet got put away for the longest time (about 3-4 months.) Finally, with the dawn of summer I get it out and plug it in. However, schoolwork and sports got in the way of my creativeness by leaving me with little to no leisure time. I have a 'DigiPro' WP8060 graphics tablet that I got one year for my birthday. Okay I've got a pretty odd error here that's stumped me for several months now.
